All merchandise offered (with the exception of "clearance" or "sale" items) is returnable within ten (10) business days for any reason, for full refund or credit, less freight charges, and will be charged a $15.00 handling fee.
All items must be unmarked, in new condition and in original packaging. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All merchandise marked "clearance" or "sale" is considered final sale, and is not returnable nor exchangeable.

Warranty claims are only valid for 1 year from date of purchase, and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Please check if a repair is possible and within reasonable costs, maximum $35 CAD.
What to do?
- Send us your name, order number, or the season and also the date of purchase.
- Clearly describe the complaint or issue that applies. Also attach digital photos of any labels with model numbers, both side of the article and the defect, for further description
