I came from running in Altra's

I came from running in Altra's. These norda 001's are just not a great fit for me. The toe box alright, but the back of the shoe (at the achilles) is very stiff, and has been giving me blisters. I'm not sure if time with "loosen or soften" the back of the shoe. I took a chance on this sale item, but so far, I'm not sure I will be able to add these to my training rotation.
