What is my order status?

Can I cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly so we can get your gear out the door fast. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at (403) 753-5024 with your order number.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives in accordance with our return policy.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

📦 Order processing: Orders are generally packed and shipped the same day, or the next business day if the order was received on the weekend or after the truck departs.

🚚 Shipping time: Depends on location, typically 2 – 5 business days

📧 Tracking updates: Sent via email once shipped

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Full-priced merchandise can be returned within 30 business days for a full refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To start a return, please email info@spryactive.ca to request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Your RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Items must be returned in new condition, with tags attached, unmarked, and in their original undamaged packaging.

Please note the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • All sale items
  • Safety equipment (transceivers, shovels, probes, airbags/AVABAGs)
  • Climbing equipment (helmets, ropes, harnesses, hardware, crampons, etc.)
  • Bear spray, fuel, and food
  • Swimwear, underwear, and bike chamois (unless unworn and in original packaging with tags intact)

If you have any questions before sending something back, we’re happy to help.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package to receive a refund. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.

Warranty

How do I submit a warranty claim?

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please email info@spryactive.ca to start a warranty claim. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product, and all claims are subject to review.

To help us assess your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your name, order number, and purchase date
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, including the defect and any tags or model numbers

Our team will review the claim and advise on next steps.
