Canadian Shipping Rates 

Free Shipping (On orders of $50 or more. Does not apply to sale/clearance items or others items indicated in product descriptions)  - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies but you can expect an average of 3-10 business days.

Regular Shipping  - $20 (On orders under $50) - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies.

Express Shipping - $45 - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies but you can expect an average of 1-4 business days.

You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Return Policy & Guarantee

All full priced merchandise offered is returnable within ten (10) business days for any reason, for full refund or credit, less freight charges, and may be subject to a $15.00 handling fee.

All items must be in new condition with tags on, unmarked, and in original undamaged packaging. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package.

All merchandise marked down, or indicated as "clearance" or "sale" is considered final sale, and is not returnable nor exchangeable.

What to do?

  • Send us your name, order number, or the season and also the date of purchase.
  • Clearly describe the complaint or issue that applies. Also attach digital photos of any labels with model numbers, both side of the article and the defect, for further description
