Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Return Policy & Guarantee

All full priced merchandise offered is returnable within 30 business days for any reason, for full refund or credit. Cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

All items must be in new condition with tags on, unmarked, and in original undamaged packaging. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Safety equipment: transceivers, shovels, probes, Airbags/AVABAGs (deployable avalanche packs)
• Climbing equipment: helmets, ropes, slings, harnesses, all hardware (carabiners, belay devices, cams, nuts, etc.), crampons
• Bear spray, fuel and food
• Swimwear, underwear and bike chamois (unless they are unworn/unused and in original packaging with tags intact)
• Sale items: All items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns

Warranty Claims

What to include in your email:

• Your name, order number and the date of purchase
• Clearly describe the complaint or issue that applies.
• Attach digital photos of any labels with model numbers, both sides of the article and the defect, and any other pertinent details.

All warranty claims are subject to review by our warranty department.
