These insulated shell pants are made for freeriding but work perfectly for general ski/snowboard activities on and off-slope during colder winter days. Norrona uses GORE-TEX® fabric because it’s the world-leading quality for durable waterproofness (28,000mm), optimized breathability (RET Less than 20), and total windproofness. Great warmth-to-weight and water resistant Primaloft Silver insulation (100% recycled polyester) is used from the top of the thigh down to the boot in the front and in the seat. The fabric is a 2-layer woven ePE GORE-TEX® fabric with a 100% 150D recycled polyester face,176gm2. The bottom leg is reinforced with a durable 91% nylon/9% polyester blend 360 gm2 to increase cut and tear resistance.
