The SALATHE LITE is almost 20% lighter than its big brother! Edelrid achieved this weight reduction by replacing the classic ABS shell with Curv®, the latest generation of an extremely high performance, thermoplastic material. It has similar properties to fiber-reinforced composites like carbon: good rigidity, high tensile strength, and exceptional impact resistance—all with a very low weight.

Ultra-light EPP core (expanded polypropylene) for outstanding shock absorption and high dimensional stability
Easily adjustable harness straps for a secure fit, minimal pack size, and excellent ventilation
Headlamp attachment with two clips at the front and an elastic strap at the back

The helmet shape is specially designed for use with ski goggles
CE-certified as a ski touring helmet in accordance with PCSR-002 11.2019 (note: does not meet the requirements of the EN 1077 standard for ski helmets)

We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Sale items, climbing and safety equipment, fuel and food are final sale and not eligible for return (view full exceptions). A return authorization (RA) number is required by contacting us.
