ABOUT SWEAT TESTING
A Sweat Test measures your sweat sodium concentration — how much sodium you lose in every litre of sweat (not how much you sweat).
Everyone sweats differently. How salty your sweat is is largely genetically determined and can vary from as little as 200mg per liter of sweat to more than 2,000mg/l, so a one-size-fits-all approach to hydration just doesn't cut it.
