The VJ MAXx2 is a versatile, well cushioned and fast trail running shoe for alternating terrain. The shoe features VJ's new perFOAMance midsole, which is made of hi-tech and ultralight material that offers extreme cushioning and energy return. The midsole is finished with a full length rock plate that protects your feet from sharp edges and protruding branches. The rock plate also makes the shoe torsionally more rigid and increases energy effeciency.
The MAXx2 features VJ's famous Superior Contact outsole made of their butyl rubber compound, offering the best grip on the planet in any terrain. The upper is a light, breathable and durable one-piece upper that together with the foot-shaped last offers maximal comfort and performance. VJ's innovate Fitlock system offers an optimal fit for the shoe by locking the foot from the arch. It also offers extra protection by protecting the arch from the impacts the foot is facing while running.
