We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Sale items, climbing and safety equipment, fuel and food are final sale and not eligible for return (view full exceptions). A return authorization (RA) number is required by contacting us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.
For longer garments such as jackets, chest and natural waist measurements are most crucial, however you can also take your hip measurement into consideration.
We also accommodate a cycling reach sleeve length on all garments. See individual product page for sleeve length measurements.
C: Chest Circumference - With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
W: Natural Waist - Measure just below the bottom of your rib cage, around the soft part of your waist where your torso can bend freely.
H: Hip Circumference Seat - Ensure you are wearing light clothing and your pockets are empty. Place your feet hip width apart, measure around the fullest part of your glutes.
A: Arm Length - Measure from centre back of neck, across shoulder, over the elbow, and down to wrist bone.
