Beacon Practice

Whether you are new to avalanche safety, or a seasoned pro - this FREE workshop event is a great way to brush up on your beacon/rescue skills from an experienced avalanche professional, Lisa Larson.

11:00am - 12:15pm - Beacon Session 1

12:30pm - 1:30pm - How to Write a MIN Report*

2:00pm - 3:15pm - Beacon Session 2

*no registration required for MIN session

The beacon practice session will include:

• How to use your beacon
• Single burial scenario
• Multiple burial scenario

Come for all, or just for some - we just ask that you get your FREE ticket for the beacon sessions so we can keep the groups to 12 people max.
